Manage a team to assist in the various portfolio tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage the ongoing customer relationships as it relates to existing securitizations via ongoing dialogue with customers and relationship officers in the Credit Agricole network Oversee all transaction actions including periodic, surveillance, reviews, amendments, renewals, restructuring, etc. Negotiate documents and coordinate with other departments including credit, legal, IT, etc.

Participate in due diligence reviews and visit clients as required Provide clients with pertinent market updates as deemed necessary Assist in the development of systems and procedures for the department Assist and review monthly and ad-hoc Securitization reports that include, but are not limited to the following: investor reports, amortization reports, asset scorecards, asset based (i.e. capital call, auto) performance reports Assist in the structuring process of new transactions which include, but are not limited to preparing for and attending internal committees (credit, pipeline, pre-clear), review legal documentation 1.
