Job Title: PPM System Administrator Location: Stamford, CT Duration: 12+ Months

Skill Matrix: 1. Project Portfolio Management (PPM) System Administrator 2. Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio 3. 4 Year College Degree 4. 2+ years project management in software development full lifecycle and implementation 5. Project Management Professional Certification a plus

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams with operational use of and technical issues for Starwood's PPM Tool (Daptiv). Provide tool leadership and management in order to deliver a high level of service to the customers of the department. Activities for this role include: Taking action to resolve open issues. Educating the team/user community on new tool features and functionality via group meetings, email communication and SharePoint. Primary liaison with vendor for escalation, trouble shooting and general support. Document FAQ (frequently asked questions) and maintain SharePoint knowledge repository. Develop subject matter expertise in tool functions related to: General systems administration. Resource/capacity management. Reporting (status, dashboard etc.). Time entry. Project Management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: The individual must be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously. Other key experiences include: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. 4 Year College Degree required. 2+ years project management in software development full lifecycle and implementation area required. Specific experience in business area a plus. Project Management Professional Certification a plus. Skills that will help include: Ability to stay calm under pressure. Methodical and thorough approach to work. Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing. A great team player. A desire to show initiative and take ownership.
