Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs throughout the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery).
Develop project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
Build and manage integrated project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project resources to ensure successful project execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies through proactive planning.
Manage project governance, change control, and escalation processes.
Monitor project milestones, critical paths, budgets, and overall project health.
Balance scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource constraints while supporting informed decision-making.
Provide regular project status reports, executive updates, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Present project progress to governance committees, senior leadership, and executive forums.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, SDLC processes, and documentation requirements.
Drive continuous process improvement and promote project management best practices.
Build strong relationships with business sponsors, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and project execution.
Strong experience in risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and change management.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
