Job description

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Technology Project Manager to manage projects across application and compliance teams, working closely with Program Managers, PMO, business partners, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and budgets.
  • Maintain Screening Demand Backlog, prioritization, resource allocations, and forecasts.
  • Strong experience with Clarity for project planning, financial tracking, resource management, and status reporting.
  • Manage Jira Agile/Kanban boards and perform Scrum Master/Kanban responsibilities.
  • Manage SDLC tollgates, governance, and project documentation.
  • Handle procurement, SOWs, contracts, invoices, change orders, and vendor management.
  • Manage TPRM, IRQ, Information Security Risk Management, Data Governance, and Data Privacy processes.
  • Manage T&M and Fixed-Price vendors using Beeline, including contracts, resources, timesheets, and payments.
  • Partner with business teams to prioritize deliverables and manage change control.
  • Maintain resource onboarding/offboarding and project tracking.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI to improve project planning, reporting, and decision-making.
