Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Integrator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. This role will help ensure project activities remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities across internal teams and stakeholders
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
  • Support project planning, risk tracking, and issue resolution
  • Facilitate meetings, capture notes, and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Ensure project deliverables are aligned with requirements and deadlines
  • Monitor project progress and escalate concerns when needed
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Support resource planning and overall project coordination efforts

Active TS/SCI With Polygraph Required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, operations, or related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
