What does it look like to be a Site Superintendent at Broccolini:


The Site Superintendent leads field operations and execution of small to medium-sized construction projects ranging up to an estimated value of $30M or an equivalent valued portion of a larger project.

The individual demonstrates strategic thinking and has a high-performance expectancy for themselves and their teams. They lead and inspire teams to work in collaboration with others.

This role is a supervisory role, where the individual plans, coordinates and supervises all aspects of the field operations / execution of a construction project while collaborating with internal / external parties. On larger, more complex projects the Site Superintendent assists the more senior Site Superintendent(s) in all aspects of planning, coordinating and supervising the field operations / execution of a construction project / portions thereof.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work meets contract documents, schedules, and quality standards
  • Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, including orientations, inspections, and safety talks
  • Manage and document site activities, including daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, and deliveries
  • Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a safe and productive work environment.


What you bring:

  • High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience
  • Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel between sites
  • English required, French an asset


Working Conditions:

  • Based full-time on construction sites (site office + field presence)
