You'll play a key role in coordinating the daily operations of our commercial restoration and reconstruction projects, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

As a Commercial Operations Supervisor, you are the link that keeps our operations organized and on track. You support project managers, field teams, and administrative staff by coordinating schedules, tracking resources, and maintaining documentation across multiple active projects. Each day, you review job progress, ensure safety standards are being followed, and help align teams toward shared goals. You collaborate with leadership to improve processes, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication between departments. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure every project runs smoothly and every client receives exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial operations, project coordination, or construction management, preferably in disaster restoration/abatement or a related industry
  • The ability to travel across Ontario from site to site
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with project coordination tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Understanding of construction or restoration processes and documentation standards
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Post-secondary education in construction, business administration, or a related field an asset
  • IICRC certifications an asset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
