What You’ll Do


As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee fabrication, installation, and service operations—both in-shop and in the field—ensuring every job is completed safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll lead by example while driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, repairing, fabricating, and installing conveyor belts and components to customer specifications
  • Leading and coordinating service work, field jobs, rush orders, and projects
  • Managing production schedules, inventory, consumables, and shipping/receiving activities
  • Approving timecards and managing emergency on-call coverage
  • Training team members on equipment, SOPs, safety standards, and company systems
  • Monitoring performance metrics and providing coaching for continuous improvement
  • Building strong customer relationships before, during, and after service work
  • Upholding Belt Power’s culture, professionalism, and safety expectations at all times
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands-on leader with technical strength and a sense of urgency.

  • 3+ years of conveyor belt field and splicing experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing field work and leading teams
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read precise measurements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Preferred (but not required):

  • Forklift certification
  • OSHA 10 certification
