Project Assistant โ€“ Contract

Location: Bronx, NY

Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay Rate: $33 โ€“ $36/Hour

Schedule:

  • Day Shift

  • Monday โ€“ Friday

  • 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

  • 35 Hours Per Week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support project operations. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, reporting, data analysis, administrative support, and departmental operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare administration, public health, community health, project coordination, or related fields.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project support, administration, healthcare, public health, or related fields

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentations

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Public Health, Health Policy, Healthcare Administration, Law, or Community Health

  • Supervisory or team leadership experience
