We have a client located in Pendergrass, GA that has an opportunity for an Administrative Project Assistant. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role, please click Apply Now.
This person will support daily inter-company operations by assisting with order processing, coordination, and fulfillment activities while working closely with internal teams to ensure projects move efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include supporting project documentation, tracking orders, coordinating information between departments, and learning internal systems and programs as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, quick to learn new software, and able to maintain positive working relationships across teams.
This is a Temp-to-Perm position and will be required to be fully in-office.
Salary Range:
$21-$25/hr
Qualifications:
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or architectural products (windows, siding, etc) is REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
