We're currently searching for dynamic Industrial Project Managers to lead large-scale industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the projects align with client specifications, budget constraints, and timeline goals. As an Industrial Project Manager, you will serve as the pivotal link between various departments, harmonizing efforts and ensuring seamless communication across all levels to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes. We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this role!

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of major industrial construction projects valued at $25 million or more, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations in terms of quality, time and budget.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Oversee all aspects of cost management, ensuring weekly updates on cost projections. Develop financial strategies to maximize project profits, oversee the general conditions budget, and ensure accurate and fair allocation in subcontractor schedules of values.
  • Maintain strict adherence to compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Take full responsibility for the development and management of project schedules, maintaining owner and subcontractor schedules on a weekly basis, and using the schedule as a tool to track critical dates and communicate key deadlines to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents, facilitating project site visits and strategy sessions and taking ownership of project-related issues and conflict resolution.

What We Are Seeking for the Industrial Project Manager Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with at least ten years of construction project management experience preferred. Candidates with equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
  • PE, PMP credentials highly preferred not required.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam and MS Office; experience with Primavera P6 a plus
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively managing team interactions and complex project negotiations.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects without compromising quality.
  • Current valid driver's license.
