What is a project managers assistant?

Project Managers Assistants, also known as Assistant Project Managers, support project managers in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Their responsibilities often include scheduling meetings, communicating with team members and stakeholders, tracking project progress, preparing reports, and managing project documentation. They help coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and keep projects running smoothly by handling various administrative and project support tasks.
