We're hiring a Project Manager II to join our growing team! PROJECT MANAGER II

Best fit for candidates with 5-7 years of PM or engineering experience. You'll independently lead projects up to $1MM, take on more complex commercial responsibilities, and help mentor junior PM staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all project activities for projects valued under $1MM; assist on larger projects
  • Generate and manage project schedules; proactively identify and mitigate budget and schedule risk
  • Lead contract and specification reviews; manage routine change orders and support larger negotiations
  • Own sub-supplier quality and delivery requirements
  • Coach and guide entry-level Project Managers on processes, documentation, and client communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5-7 years of PM or engineering experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead projects and people to successful outcomes
  • Experience in budget management, subcontracting, and multi-project scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor a plus
  • International vendor or customer experience is a strong asset
  • Position involves work-related travel, including international destinations.

Salary Range

  • $75,000 - $95,000

Industry & Work Environment

This role supports Aftermarket and New Equipment projects, primarily in Power Generation and Petrochemical industries. Work will include time on industrial job sites. Some domestic and international travel required; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
