Customer Communication:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order and shipment inquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with customers on order changes, delays, or issues that could impact delivery schedules.

Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or challenges that may arise in the order or shipment process.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while minimizing customer impact.
  • Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement continuous improvement strategies.

  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on optimizing order fulfillment and shipment processes.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Reporting & Analytics:
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to orders and shipments (on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership highlighting performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
