The Risk Management Specialist is responsible for leading the effective implementation of Client risk management framework including risk identification, risk assessment, risk treatment, and risk monitoring/control across the Major Projects Portfolio. This role entails supporting a diversified portfolio or projects (liquid, gas and utilities).

The years of experience range must be 8-15 years and the software experience risk, Deltek or equivalent is a must
Provides project risk management related technical support and leadership to multiple Project teams by:
Lead the effective implementation of Client’s risk management framework completing risk identification, risk assessment, risk response, and risk monitoring/control across the Projects Organization.
Manage the risk management of a diversified portfolio of projects by managing risk identification, risk assessment, and risk based decision making to support overall project execution.
Coordinate and deliver training session to stakeholders.
Establish and manage risk management plans.
Facilitate qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and ensure timely update to the risk register.
Provide technical expertise to stakeholders in establishing risk treatment and developing an appropriate control and treatment plan.
Monitor risk response progress, shift of risk status, and appropriately escalating risk.
Coordinate with Project Teams and Project Development to facilitate contingency session.
Work with the project managers to assists in leading risk based decision-making.
Lead the facilitation of constructability review and lessons learned sessions.
