The company runs commercial work across healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality, weighted toward new construction with some renovation. The Savannah office manages $20M+ in annual contracts and is expanding. This is a high-autonomy seat with a direct path to office leadership — the company opens new branches regularly and promotes from within.

  • Anticipated $100,000–$135,000, based on experience

  • Monthly vehicle allowance ($600–$800)

  • Flexible, results-focused schedule

Overview:

  • Run commercial drywall and interior framing projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Hold the budget and schedule across multiple active projects at once
  • Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and keep material flowing to the floor
  • Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings
  • Catch quality misses before the owner does, and keep subs in a position to succeed
  • Report directly to regional office leadership

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Cold-form metal framing (CFMF) and non-structural metal framing experience — required
  • Commercial construction PM background — healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality
  • 3–7 years of project management experience in commercial interior specialty work
  • Comfortable in a non-union, subcontracted-labor environment (piecework / per-board / per-square-foot crews)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful advantage
  • Interest in future branch leadership
