Job description

DeLeers Construction is growing our Project Management Team in our Northwoods location based out of Eagle River, WI. Our business is expanding and we are looking for a Project Manager who has experience working on large scale residential or light commercial building projects (office space, religious buildings, etc). Project Managers at DeLeers are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating a wide variety of construction projects and will provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project including coordinating our trade partners, materials, equipment, ensuring specifications/codes are being met, and all safety requirements are being followed. The Project Manager is responsible for the quality of the work and keeping the project on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically with residential or commercial construction projects. A degree in Carpentry or Project Management or equivalent experience is required.
