We specialize in commercial construction projects of all sizes within multiple sectors throughout North Dakota. Our focus is on quality craftsmanship, high-integrity, customer satisfaction, and completing projects on time and within budget.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Steel Erector, relocation costs to be paid. The Experienced Steel Erector will manage and coordinate the operations of steel/metal building construction projects, including field supervision, pre-engineered metal building erection, and site construction activities with suppliers and subcontractors. The Experienced Steel Erector will ensure quality workmanship conforming to project plans and specifications in coordination with Project Management. The Experienced Steel Erector serves as the crew lead for self-performing construction activities including:

  • Setting conventional steel and pre-engineered metal building erection
  • Installing metal wall/roof panel
  • Placing building insulation
  • Installing metal trim/flashing
  • Rough carpentry and demolition.
  • Maintains a clean and organized job site, including job site construction office

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in steel/metal building erection strongly preferred
  • Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
  • Ability to manage crews, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and leadership
  • Ability to receive direction and work with and without supervision
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use, care, and safety of construction tools (saws, drills, levels, ect.) and equipment (scissor lift, forklifts, boom lifts, skid steer, etc.)
  • Experience reading and interpreting plans/blueprints
