Outcode is hiring for a Project Manager to join our growing delivery team! The Project Manager leads software and technical project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Successful Project Managers are proactive problem-solvers with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Managing the complete lifecycle of software and technical projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-project review.

Responsabilities:


  • Coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Leading project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking
  • Managing day-to-day client communication and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying project risks, blockers, and dependencies while proactively driving solutions
  • Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and status updates for clients and leadership
  • Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
  • Supporting Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Working closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
  • Implementing company methodologies, operational standards, and delivery best practices
  • Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives across projects and teams
