The Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and client-focused High-End Residential Construction Project Manager with strong scheduling, communication, and leadership skills.

This role is ideal for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager who has successfully managed custom homes, luxury renovations, or high-end residential construction projects.

You will oversee projects from planning through completion while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will serve as the lead communicator for clients and project teams, building trust, aligning expectations, and maintaining clarity throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while anticipating challenges before they impact schedule or budget.

Success in this position requires strong organization, professionalism, and comfort using construction management software, scheduling tools, and digital communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion while protecting schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Coordinate and lead project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and designers
  • Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, procurement, and project timelines
