Job Title: Staff Augmentation – Project Manager

Onsite Location: 815 Florida Avenue, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20001 (Hybrid) 

Duration: 5 Months

Work Arrangement

  • The Project Manager is required to work onsite at the Agency''''s office for a minimum of three (3) days per week and remotely for two (2) days per week, subject to the Agency''''s discretion.
  • The Agency will provide a laptop and/or other required computer and telecommunications equipment.
  • The anticipated duration of the assignment is approximately five (5) months.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''''s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with PMP or CSM certification, or 7 years of project management experience without PMP or CSM certification.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in budget management and software implementation projects.
  • Experience working with hybrid project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, Loop, Lists), Jira, and Power BI.
  • Ability to manage project risks and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge and practical use of AI technologies is considered an advantage.
