This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site.

AT&T has an opening for a Project Manager (non-supervisory) to support the customer at Chantilly, VA in support of critical telephony requirements for VOIP services, MACD coordination, resolve billing issues, and customer service request management via customer premises ticketing system.

The job duties of the Project Manager (non-supervisory) are as follows:

  • This is a Project Manager position serving as an individual contributor for the Commercial Voice Operations (ops) team at Chantilly, VA.
  • Will work directly with multiple stakeholders to receive, validate, and properly route requests to complete Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and VOIP service requests to minimize problems and decrease delays.
  • Will serve as a liaison with the on-site Commercial Voice Ops Team for service orders, LECs, and AT&T Business Customer Service and Operations to resolve provisioning and billing issues.
  • Furthermore, will serve as a single point of contact for the customer and AT&T technical staff to resolve service requests problems in a timely manner.
  • Create, delete, and research required phone numbers and accounts as directed by the customer and utilizing required interactive tools (customer databases, ticketing systems, and other electronic mechanisms).
  • Assist with inventory management, billing, account escalation, LEC, and VOIP issues for the premise-based Team.
  • Work with the Commercial Voice Ops Team and other teams to update and maintain the database to meet the on-site team's requirements.
  • Ensure that adequate resources are assigned to meet the customer delivery date and maintain a high level of quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver monthly performance metrics. Create reports from the databases and report accomplishments monthly or as needed in support of contract deliverables.
  • Provide updates on milestones, alert leadership of delays, and work on solutions to mitigate any scheduled delays or conflicts.
  • Responsible for the oversight, development, and training of junior teammates and Comm Voice Ops Team.
  • Support and collaborate with other teammates to resolve to critical service requests and collaborate with onsite billing team for management of MACDs (Move, Add, Change and Disconnects) and procurement of new telephony services.
  • This is an individual contributor position (non-supervisory) that will engage with matrixed resources from across the organization in support of program objectives.

TS/SCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

  • This position requires an individual who is customer oriented and mission focused.
  • Applicants should have experience managing and implementing requirement processes, experience interfacing with multiple vendors to process critical customer requisitions, excellent computer and office management skills, communication and customer interface skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong analytical skills, and a teamwork-oriented approach to responsibilities.

Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), associate or bachelor's degree
