Join a growing construction team as a Project Manager overseeing commercial interior projects ranging from $1M-$2M within a fast-paced environment. This role offers ownership of projects from start to finish, working directly with operations leadership on high-visibility projects in the Washington, DC market. Client Details Our client is a highly respected construction firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex, mission-critical projects throughout the region. Known for its strong culture, stable project pipeline, and commitment to employee development, the company offers exceptional long-term career growth and exposure to unique projects. Description The Project Manager - Government Interiors - DC will: Manage commercial interior construction projects valued between $1M and $2M from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Lead site meetings, manage project documentation, and proactively resolve construction challenges. Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and project support staff to execute multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications throughout construction. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service. Work from a client site in Washington, DC with an early schedule of 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Ability to independently run projects with minimal oversight. Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management experience.
