XTEND is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager - USA, based on-site in Tampa, Florida, and reporting directly to the VP of Marketing as part of the global marketing organization.
This role is responsible for supporting and executing XTEND's regional marketing activities across the U.S. market while acting as a key bridge between local business needs and the XTEND Global Marketing team.
The Regional Marketing Manager will focus on local execution, event operations, regional coordination, content production support, and field marketing activities - ensuring that XTEND's presence in the U.S. market aligns with the company's global brand, messaging, and strategic direction.
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on marketing professional who can operate in a fast-moving environment, work cross-functionally, and support regional growth initiatives across conferences, demonstrations, customer engagements, employer branding, and local marketing activities.
This role is part of XTEND Global Marketing and works closely with an international team consisting of Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, Communications, Business Development, and operational teams to support XTEND's growth and visibility in the U.S. market. Cross-functionally, the role will also support the U.S. General Manager and local operational teams on regional activities and coordination needs.
Key pillars & objectives:
Regional Marketing Execution - Support and execute XTEND marketing activities across the U.S. region in alignment with global marketing strategy.
Events, Demonstrations & Field Operations - Lead coordination and execution of conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and regional marketing activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as a communication and execution bridge between U.S. teams and XTEND Global Marketing.
Content & Employer Branding Support - Support regional content creation, employer branding initiatives, and local marketing visibility.
Responsibilities:
  • Support execution of XTEND marketing activities across the U.S. region.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with XTEND Global Marketing to ensure alignment with company messaging and brand standards.
  • Gather regional marketing needs and translate them into structured briefs for global marketing teams.
  • Lead logistics and coordination for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and regional events.
  • Coordinate booth assets, marketing materials, demo logistics, and event preparation.
  • Support on-site execution of demonstrations, customer engagements, and industry events.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing teams to support creation of product and solution materials.
  • Coordinate information flow between regional operational teams and global marketing functions.
  • Support local photography, video production, and content creation initiatives.
  • Coordinate on-site logistics for content production with external vendors and production partners.
  • Work with the Global Digital team on local website updates and digital platform needs.
  • Support employer branding activities and regional social media initiatives in coordination with the global marketing team.
  • Provide regional market insights, competitor observations, conference opportunities, and customer-facing feedback to the global organization.
  • Support communication and coordination between U.S. teams and XTEND Global Marketing functions.

Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, communications, field marketing, or brand management.
  • Experience supporting conferences, events, demonstrations, or regional marketing activities.
  • Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English - written and spoken.
  • Highly organized with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with global teams.
  • Willingness to travel for events, demonstrations, and regional activities as needed.
  • Ability to work on-site from XTEND's Tampa, Florida office.
