As a Project Manager at Strategic Communications, you will play a key role within the PMO, leading enterprise technology initiatives, cloud solutions delivery, and strategic programs.
This role supports a mix of customer-facing delivery (Enterprise / Cloud Solutions) and internal initiatives, including go-to-market (GTM), product development, and technology transformation efforts.
The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional programs, cloud-based solutions, and complex stakeholder environments, with the ability to balance delivery execution, governance, and strategic coordination.
Experience operating in dynamic, high-growth or evolving program environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Own and drive assigned projects and programs from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and objectives
  • Lead Enterprise and Cloud Solutions delivery efforts, coordinating across engineering, partners, and customer stakeholders
  • Support strategic initiatives such as go-to-market programs, product launches, and cloud transformation efforts
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts including schedules, status reporting, risk/issue logs, and executive summaries
  • Establish and manage cross-functional coordination across PMO, Engineering, Sales, Technology Strategy amp; Innovation, Product Development, and external partners
  • Drive governance and execution discipline, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and processes
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and evolving priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, aligning business objectives with execution plans
  • Support PMO maturity, including intake processes, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Contribute to program-level planning, including migration efforts, cloud adoption, and solution development initiatives

Qualifications, Education and Experience:
  • 5–8+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs
  • Experience delivering Enterprise and/or Cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, SaaS, or similar)
  • Experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives (GTM programs, product development, transformation efforts)
  • Knowledge of/experience with project management related to infrastructure modernization, enterprise software deployments (VMware, Oracle or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and business teams
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with project governance, reporting, and portfolio-level coordination
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar)
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience supporting cloud migrations, program launches, or solution development efforts strongly preferred
  • Exposure to AWS programs (e.g., MAP, Migration Competency) is a plus
  • Ability to complete ISO 9001:2015 training within 90 days of hire
