Your Role...
As a Senior Project Manager, Tech Services you will be responsible for leading highly complex enterprise-level technology programs across multiple clients. This role will combine deep domain understanding of insurance operations with strong delivery leadership to drive successful implementations, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives across core systems, data platforms, and AI/automation solutions. The Senior Project Manager, Tech Services serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership, defines and oversees project delivery frameworks, anticipates challenges, drives solutions, mentors junior staff, and ensures technology initiatives deliver measurable operational and financial impact while maintaining regulatory compliance and business continuity.

In This Role, You Will...
  • Define, oversee, and govern multiple concurrent client projects of high complexity and strategic importance
  • Establish and implement best practices, frameworks, and governance models for program/project delivery; Develop and manage integrated project roadmaps across workstreams; Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure project delivery within defined parameters
  • Drive adoption of standardized processes, tools, and templates across engagements
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and developing and implementing appropriate mitigation, escalation, and automation plans
  • Monitor and control budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring alignment to client strategy and contractual agreements
  • Ensure organizational resources are aligned to business and client priorities
  • Contribute to the evolution of insurance technology service offerings such as: Core system implementation and optimization (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Vertafore, Applied), Data migration, conversion factories, and M&A integration support, Intelligent automation (RPA, workflow, AI-assisted underwriting and servicing), and Analytics and reporting modernization
  • Support pre-sales efforts including solution design, estimates, proposals, and executive presentations
  • Partner with executive leadership to support and drive strategic and growth initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning project delivery with business goals, demonstrating an understanding of client's unique business goals and activity
  • Manage escalations with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach; Collaborate with clients to reprioritize or realign work as business needs evolve
  • Provide transparent, executive-level reporting and communication on project status
  • Establish delivery standards, accelerators, and governance frameworks
  • Drive skills development in insurance platforms, data conversion, integrations, and automation tools

What You Need to be Successful...
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementations or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments
  • 5+ years' experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder, or high complexity projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations across underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, or agency workflows is preferred
  • Proven experience leading insurance system implementations or modernization program; Experience managing complex data migrations and system cutovers
  • Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Vertafore, Applied Epic, or similar; Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in insurance technology programs
  • Experience supporting M&A driven system consolidation and data conversion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messages to executive audiences
  • Experience Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models

Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $93,117 - $157,684 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
