Job Title: Project Manager

Position Overview

The Project Manager mentors agile teams, manages project lifecycles, and facilitates requirements gathering, ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile planning and team development.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and user story creation.
  • Apply agile techniques (TDD, ATDD, CI, etc.).
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
  • IAT Level II and CE/OS certification.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
  • 4+ years of agile project management experience.

Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
