Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, and budget - managing scope definition, changes, and priorities from initiation through to implementation
  • Lead and motivate project teams across the full project lifecycle, including both on-site and distributed team members
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project deliverables
  • Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across client and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Produce and maintain all required project documentation and reporting artefacts
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Present clear and accurate project status updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Support clients during production phases, including post-implementation activities where required
  • Support the implementation of project delivery standards, reporting frameworks, and governance structures

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a software development project management role
  • Experience delivering projects in a business-critical software or services environment
  • Degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise IT projects to defined scope, schedule, and budget
  • Demonstrated ability to manage evolving project scope, priorities, and dependencies in dynamic environments
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technical functions
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with client and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels in a client-facing role
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to align technical delivery to business objectives
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Availability to travel as required
  • Professional project management certification (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2)
