Why Join Us / Benefits

We take a thoughtful, long-term approach to building our team. You’ll be supported by dedicated production leadership, integrated project software, pre-construction meetings, weekly production meetings, and a full back office that handles permitting so you can focus on successful project delivery.

We maintain strong, long-term relationships with our installers and trade partners. This has allowed us to consistently deliver over 750 completed projects with reliability and high quality. We’re looking for teammates who want to grow with us, not just fill a seat.

All permitted projects are professionally engineered and exceed state code.

If you are a strong Project Manager who wants steady high-volume deck and porch work, excellent systems, and the backing of the Triangle’s top outdoor living builder, we want to talk with you.
