  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Proven ability to problem solve, adapt, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Equivalent professional experience will absolutely be considered
  • Experience working in signage, branding, manufacturing, construction, print, fabrication, or implementation-based industries
  • Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Opportunity to work on highly visible branding and signage projects from start to finish
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong cross-functional partnership
  • Variety in your day — no two projects are the same
  • Growing organization with opportunity for long-term development and career growth
