Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in commercial signage permitting and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience submitting sign permits and/or electrical permits, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinating with customers, contractors, and installation teams to ensure successful project completion.

This role is responsible for overseeing projects from initial planning through installation and closeout while maintaining exceptional customer service and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, submit, and track sign permits and/or electrical permits with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.

  • Research local sign codes, zoning requirements, and permitting regulations by communicating with city officials and permitting departments.

  • Coordinate site surveys, collect field measurements, photographs, and project information as needed.

  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and documentation from project kickoff through completion.

  • Coordinate installation activities with contractors, facility managers, property managers, business owners, and installation crews.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

  • Maintain accurate project records, permit documentation, and status updates.

  • Provide timely communication to customers and internal teams regarding project milestones and expectations.

  • Ensure proper project closeout, documentation, and handoff procedures are completed.

  • Support sales and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
