Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager (MV/HV) to support a large-scale, mission critical project with our client. This role will be responsible for leading the execution of complex electrical scopes, with a strong focus on medium voltage systems, power distribution, and energization readiness.


The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing electrical construction from underground distribution through switchgear, MV terminations, and final system energization, and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-performance environments.


Responsibilities 

  • Lead full lifecycle execution of electrical scopes, with emphasis on medium voltage (MV) systems and power distribution 
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost management 
  • Drive coordination across field teams, subcontractors, engineering, and commissioning teams 
  • Manage energization planning, sequencing, and turnover in coordination with LOTO / Energy Marshall teams 
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, site safety protocols, and quality standards 
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders 
  • Support system turnover, commissioning readiness, and final project closeout 

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience managing electrical scopes on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects 
  • Strong experience with medium voltage systems (e.g., 13.8kV, 4160V), including terminations, testing, and energization 
  • Proven background in power distribution systems (underground, switchgear, panels, feeders) 
  • Experience working on data centers, advanced manufacturing, or heavy industrial projects 
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination with commissioning teams 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
