The average salary for a Project Manager varies based on location, industry, and experience. In the United States, Project Managers typically earn between $70,000 and $120,000 per year, with the national average around $90,000. Salaries can be higher in sectors such as IT, construction, or finance, and senior-level Project Managers or those with certifications like PMP often command higher pay. Benefits, bonuses, and company size can also impact total compensation.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a project manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Project Manager, you need strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, often supported by a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in project coordination.
