GrowNScale is seeking a highly capable and experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead ground-up and interior buildout projects throughout South Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is ready to take full ownership of projects from planning through closeout.
Commercial Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
๏ฟฝ Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects
๏ฟฝ Coordinate field labor, materials, schedules, and inspections
๏ฟฝ Track budgets, forecasts, and profitability
๏ฟฝ Communicate clearly with clients, GCs, and vendors
๏ฟฝ Oversee submittals, RFIs, and documentation compliance
๏ฟฝ Support and collaborate with field superintendents and foremen
