Job description

Harvey Nash USA is seeking an experienced Construction/Engineering Project Manager to support large-scale engineering and facility deployment projects for a global leader in the e-commerce and automation industry. This role is ideal for professionals with an engineering background and hands-on experience managing physical infrastructure, equipment installation, construction, or capital projects while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.


Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Nashville, TN 37203

Duration: 18 Months (possible extension or conversion to full time)


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering and facility deployment projects from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Lead weekly project and vendor meetings, track risks, and drive issue resolution.
  • Monitor project schedules, prepare status reports, and provide updates to leadership.
  • Support site execution, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.


Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience supporting engineering, construction, facilities, or capital projects.
  • Engineering background with experience managing physical projects (equipment installation, construction, or infrastructure).
  • Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project tracking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with operations engineering, field engineering, commissioning, MHE, conveyors, robotics, or automation.
  • Experience working in large-scale industrial or manufacturing environments.
