Quick Service Restaurant Development Project Manager 

Position Overview: As a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Development Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of QSR development projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders, architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. 
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. 
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. 
  • Conduct required site visits to assess project status, resolve issues, and provide guidance to teams. 
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design plans meet brand and prototype standards, and local regulations. 
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment on schedule. 
  • Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets, implementing cost-control measures when necessary. 
  • Review and approve project-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Enforce quality standards for construction, equipment installation, and overall project delivery. 
  • Communicate effectively with architects, contractors, and internal support teams. 
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork. 
  • Resolve conflicts or issues that arise among project team members, ensuring a productive work atmosphere. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Highschool diploma or GED (minimum)   
  • Proven experience as a project manager is preferred, but not a requirement 
  • Knowledge of project management principles and best practices. 
  • Familiarity with construction and development processes, ability to read construction drawings,  permitting, and build-out is preferred. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal and collaboration skills 
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and adherence to standards. 
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed (approximately 5%-10%).
