Job description

We’re currently partnering with a well-established Alberta-based general contractor with nearly 100 years of experience delivering high-quality projects across Western Canada. Known for their strong reputation, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to excellence, they’re continuing to grow and expand their Calgary operations.


As part of this growth, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects in the Calgary region.


The Opportunity

This role offers a unique combination of leadership, project ownership, and career progression within a company that takes pride in developing its people and promoting from within.


You’ll be overseeing a variety of projects including new builds, tenant improvements, retail, institutional, and office developments, playing a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget while mentoring project teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle project delivery from pre-construction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
  • Oversee multiple commercial project types (new builds, TI, retail, institutional, office)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
