The Opportunity

Based in downtown Canmore-complete with mountain views and just 20 minutes from the iconic Banff National Park-you'll join a team delivering award-winning Municipal, Civil Land Development, and Transportation projects.

As a Project Engineer or Civil Technologist, you'll collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to shape infrastructure that supports thriving communities. 


Your Impact

  • Design and deliver municipal water, wastewater, drainage, roadway infrastructure, and site servicing projects from concept through construction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to create innovative solutions for land development and municipal engineering challenges.
  • Lead and support engineering activities, ensuring projects meet client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and coordinate technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates that influence project success.
  • Engage and communicate with contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. 

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a Civil Technologist Diploma, with eligibility for APEGA or ASET registration.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure and land development design (all levels encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD, plus strong skills in MS Office and Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with local construction specifications, materials, and processes.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
