ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES
  • Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met
  • Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlet's staff
  • Leading the team with a positive attitude and recognizing a job well done
  • Providing daily oversight of F&B operations, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, establishment and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards
  • P/L responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, development and retention of high quality team members
  • Anticipate key issues and informational needs and be prepared to discuss ongoing performance and functions that will enhance the performance of food and beverage operations
  • Become deeply ingrained in the operations of food and beverage in order to drive employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and financial performance
  • Provide leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of problem solving, service, teamwork, accuracy and speed, improved business practices and attract and retain superior talent on our team
  • Make employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate
  • Provide support to all of the Company's research and guest satisfaction programs
  • All day to day operational issues providing daily supervision to the restaurant
  • Assist with training, staffing, development, staff meetings, scheduling and payroll submissions
  • Assist with planning and execution of functions
  • Ordering, inventory and stock stake
  • Coding and remittance of all invoices
  • Cross promotion of all Pursuit attractions and divisions
