As Finance Manager for the Banff Jasper Collection, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, leading all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role where your insights and decisions will shape the future ofworld-class attractions, lodges, transportation, and hospitality experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will act as a strategic partner,taking ownership of day-to-dayfinancial managementand ensuring the achievement of financial targets. You will lead the development of annual operating and capital plans, oversee monthly forecasting, and delivertimely, actionable insights on performance and variance analysis. Beyond these core responsibilities, you will spearhead investment proposals for new experiences and acquisitions, playing a pivotal role in Pursuit's Refresh, Build, Buy growth strategy.

In this role, you will also lead a team of Financial Analysts,provideguidance, coaching, and development whilefosteringa culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your ability to build strong relationships with operations leaders will be critical as you partner closely tooptimizebusiness performance and drivestrategic decision-making across the Banff Jasper Collection.

  • Partner closely with operations leadership to provideaccurate,timely, and actionable financial insights that empower informed decisionmaking, drive business optimization, improve operational efficiency, and support both short- and long-term planningobjectives.

  • Lead and inspire a team of Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth

  • Own the planning cycle by leading thedevelopmentof annual operating and capital plans and monthly reforecasts with a strong focus on accuracy

  • Support month-end close and post-close analysis,identifyingtrends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and present investment proposals for new builds, refresh projects, and acquisitions backed by robust ROI analysis

  • Take a leadership role in financial integration for newlyacquiredbusinesses and experiences

  • Implement tools and processes tomonitorprogress against financial targets and act as an early warning system for risks

What You Bring

  • CPA designation or degree in Finance/Accounting preferred but not mandatory

  • 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including FP&A leadership and P&L oversight

  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and building business cases for capital investments

  • Exceptional financial acumen with advanced Excel and PowerPointproficiency

  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and influence at all levels

  • Proven leadership skills witha track recordof mentoring and developing talent

  • Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
