We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager


Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading high-impact projects? Join our team as a Senior Project Manager based out of our Bonnyville or Edmonton office. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects across Alberta and Saskatchewan, and the Yukon.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final turnover.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior project staff.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards on all job sites.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on commercial and/or industrial projects.
  • A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
