The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a premier Texas law firm that excels in family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal defense. With 11 state-of-the-art offices across the state—including Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio—we are actively expanding to serve our clients statewide.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager / Project Manager/Personal Assistant to establish and support the management of our new El Paso office. As our leadership team is based in Houston, you will serve as the primary on-site representative and the "eyes and ears" of the organization in El Paso.

Your Role and Impact

This is a critical role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage office operations, executive support, and projects with minimal supervision.  The role will focus on office management and operations, executive /personal assistant support, project management, and administrative and relationship management.




Key Responsibilities
What You will Bring to the Role:

  • Education: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or project management. Experience supporting senior leadership or establishing new office operations is highly desirable.
  • Office maintenance: Will handle vendor relations, coordinate facility maintenance, adhere to and support office upkeep protocols and support the needs of the employees with office related concerns.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
  • Discretion: Must demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and possess the proven ability to manage confidential information and demonstrate sound judgment.





Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications is preferred. To include calendaring appointments between clients, Legal team and other internal partners.
  • Proficient administrative skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Bilingual is highly preferred: Fluency with English and Spanish
  • This role will require a level of agility:
    • Ability to lift and move items weighing 20 pounds or more to assist with office setup/furniture arrangements.
