Job description

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager. (Must-have)
  • Preferred to have P&C background
  • 3+ years of project management and SDLC experience. (Must-have)
  • Scaling and Implementing Project Management best practices and processes at a corporate level. (Preferred)
  • Experience managing projects from inception to delivery. (Preferred)

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a spectrum of stakeholders across the company.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high level project priorities
  • Experience with MS Office, JIRA, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce new project In-Take process in order to maximize resources and ensure new ideas are aligned with the strategic goals of the company
  • Plan, Execute, Monitor, and Report on managed projects.
  • Lead/Facilitate meetings with business and IS stakeholders  on progress of project milestones or risks
  • Resolve conflicts and navigate through cross-department priorities.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in reporting to C-Suite.
  • Effectively work with the Program Manager, demonstrating the ability to monitor and guide both internal and vendor resources to ensure deliverables and timelines are completed on time and within budget
  • Proactively work to build effective and positive relationships with peers, leaders, and internal customers while also demonstrating the ability to meet customer expectations and deadlines
