A Taste of What You Will Be Doing
  • Workforce Analytics– Analyze workforce data and reporting insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing recommendations that support informed business and talent decisions.
  • People Processes– Coordinate and support execution of key people processes, including talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and other annual people programs.
  • Stakeholder Partnership– Partner with leaders, associates, and P&O colleagues to ensure effective communication, process execution, and a consistent associate experience across businesses.
  • Culture & Engagement– Contribute to culture, engagement, and change initiatives by helping design, organize, and execute activities that strengthen associate experience, team effectiveness, and organizational performance.
  • Project Management– Manage and deliver key P&O projects and workstreams, tracking milestones, identifying issues, and supporting implementation of organizational and people-related initiatives.
We're Looking for Someone With
  • Strong HR experience
  • Experience executing talent and performance management initiatives, culture and engagement projects, and overall change management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing demands and execute projects
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills with a strong ability to translate findings into clear, compelling narrative for stakeholders
Compensation

The annual salary range is $101,120 - $132,720, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
