Que estamos buscando?

En GFT buscamos incorporar un/a Project Manager con solida experiencia funcional, que lidere el flujo de identificacion de principio a fin, actuando como nexo entre negocio, IT y testing. La persona se involucrara de forma activa en la definicion y validacion de procesos, participara en UAT y dara soporte operativo, asegurando que todo funcione correctamente tanto en fase de proyecto como en el dia a dia.

** Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en las oficinas del cliente en Sabadell (provincia de Barcelona) al menos 2 dias a la semana **

Tus principales responsabilidades seran:

  • Definicion de requerimientos funcionales asociados al flujo de identificacion.
  • Revision, validacion y aprobacion de documentacion funcional.
  • Elaboracion y mantenimiento de manuales de procedimiento detallados para los equipos implicados en el flujo de identificacion, tanto de negocio como de Back Office (BO).
  • Desarrollo, mantenimiento y actualizacion de ficheros Excel necesarios para la operativa del flujo.
  • Revision, validacion y aprobacion de matrices de pruebas.
  • Soporte al equipo de testing durante la ejecucion de pruebas UAT (User Acceptance Testing), resolviendo dudas y facilitando la correcta ejecucion.
  • Validacion de evidencias obtenidas tras las pruebas UAT.
  • Implantacion de nuevos segmentos de negocio dentro del flujo de identificacion.
  • Adaptacion e implantacion de cambios derivados de nuevos requerimientos o mejoras identificadas, asegurando su correcta actualizacion en la documentacion operativa.
  • Formacion y capacitacion de los equipos de negocio y Back Office en la implementacion y gestion del flujo de identificacion.
  • Soporte funcional y operativo a los distintos equipos (negocio, proyecto y BO), resolviendo dudas relacionadas con el flujo y los procedimientos, tanto por canales escritos (chat/email) como en reuniones.
  • Participacion en reuniones diarias de seguimiento del proyecto.
  • Asistencia a reuniones de coordinacion con distintos equipos (seguimiento, definicion de requerimientos, resolucion de incidencias y dudas con IT y testing, entre otras).

Requisitos deseados:

  • Experiencia previa como Project Manager o coordinador/a de proyectos con fuerte background funcional, preferiblemente en entornos de banca o proyectos complejos.
  • Experiencia demostrable en definicion y validacion de requerimientos funcionales, actuando como enlace entre negocio y equipos tecnicos.
  • Participacion activa en procesos de testing (UAT), incluyendo coordinacion, soporte a usuarios y validacion de resultados.
  • Experiencia en entornos operativos (BAU), dando soporte funcional y resolviendo incidencias en el dia a dia.
  • Capacidad para gestionar multiples stakeholders (negocio, IT, QA), con buenas habilidades de comunicacion, organizacion y orientacion a resultados
