Our Delivery & Client Success team works collaboratively with clients, internal consultants, and partners to drive efficient project outcomes, ensure business value realization, and build strong customer relationships. The Project Management function is essential to this mission. You'll operate at the intersection of client engagement, internal delivery execution, and cross-team collaboration, blending structured delivery discipline with adaptive problem solving.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Three Link, you will lead planning and delivery activities across client and internal projects, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and with outstanding quality. You'll work directly with delivery leadership, technical teams, and clients to define project goals, manage risks, resolve blockers, and communicate progress. This role blends project governance with a consultative approach to support client success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in alignment with scope, timeline, and budget objectives.

  • Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation (e.g., project charters, staffing plans, issue/risk logs).

  • Facilitate collaborative communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and coordinate resolution as needed.

  • Lead regular status updates, forecasting, and executive briefings to inform stakeholders of progress and outcomes.

  • Drive adherence to delivery standards, best practices, and change management processes.

  • Support resource planning and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • When applicable, contribute to pre-sales activities such as requirements gathering, scoping, and Statement of Work development.

  • Promote a positive and collaborative working environment both internally and with clients.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Implementations with initial and phase x deployments for Medium Enterprise customers

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver projects successfully across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.

  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables with accountability.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Workday Engagement Manager (EM) OR Workday Partner Project Manager (PM) Services Certification

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise ERP or HCM implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP).

  • Professional Certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar).

  • Previous consulting or professional services experience.

  • Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at various levels.

$109,000.00 - $175,000.00
