Job Description
Tradewind Aviation is seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager to be based in Oxford, CT. The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive technology projects through their life cycle, ensuring technical solutions are sound and aligned to business goals. The Technical Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Technology Solutions. A successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Establish proactive and consistent engagement with key stakeholders to identify business needs, define project responsibilities and provide progress updates.
  • Manage projects throughout life cycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Provide oversight and management of work backlogs, task prioritization, work scheduling and monitoring.
  • Liaise with multiple vendors on cross functional software development initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and leadership
  • 4+ years Project Management experience preferably in a technology field
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Bachelors Degree, equivalent work experience or PMP Certification
