Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in a technology, SaaS, or infrastructure-related environment, with at least 2–3 years managing cross-functional technical teams

  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools including Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, Jira (a plus)
  • Experience operating within a formal governance structure with defined intake, change management, and escalation processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity for executive audiences

What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience managing Data Center Exit, data center consolidation, or large-scale infrastructure migration programs
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts: AWS and familiarity with cloud migration patterns
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITIL processes including RITM and change management workflows
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent foundational cloud certification
  • Experience contributing to or building portfolio governance frameworks or project management methodologies
