We build custom homes, develop build-to-rent communities, renovate properties, manage rental units, and oversee multiple construction projects throughout Chester and Montgomery Counties.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized Office Manager & Operations Coordinator to serve as the organizational backbone of our company behind the scenes.


This role offers the unique opportunity to coordinate projects, manage financials, and streamline business workflows while working closely with leadership in a hybrid environment. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage daily full-charge bookkeeping, financial tracking, and accounts handling utilizing QuickBooks Online.
  • Coordinate critical operational workflows and project documentation to keep field and office teams aligned.
  • Oversee comprehensive office administration duties to maintain an organized, highly productive business environment.
  • Streamline corporate record-keeping, client invoicing, vendor management, and subcontractor compliance documentation.
  • Provide direct logistical support to leadership to improve overall business tracking and execution.
  • Implement efficient clerical systems and digital tracking toolsets to support rapid company scaling.


What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

  • Technical Software Mastery: Active QuickBooks Online proficiency with verified mastery of the software platform.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, full-charge bookkeeping, or operations coordination.
