Reports to: Senior Project Manager

Project Managers at Guarantee Electrical are trusted leaders responsible for delivering complex electrical construction projects that power essential infrastructure across the country. This role supports Mission Critical projects and may require full time presence on a job site depending on project needs.
Position Purpose
The Project Manager leads all aspects of project execution from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role balances technical expertise, financial oversight, team leadership, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams with clear direction and accountability
  • Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and change management
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication
  • Ensure quality standards and safety expectations are met
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • Support billing, forecasting, and reporting
