Salary Range: $ 102,000.00 to $ 114,000.00

Manual Lubrication Systems (MLS) is part of SKF's Lubrication Lifetime Solutions Business Unit's product offering, delivering tools, equipment, and fluid-handling solutions used in industrial machinery and vehicles across a wide range of applications and end markets.

As Project Manager in our MLS team, you will help strengthen how MLS plans, manages, and delivers projects. You will work with teams across functions and locations to create clear project plans, coordinate execution, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.

What you can expect in the role:

As Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects, process improvements, and development activities.
  • Turn business priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Set up and improve practical project management ways of working for MLS.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, follow up on actions, and support timely decisions.
  • Track progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate when support or decisions are needed.

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid project management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and follow-up skills.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and confidence to drive progress in a global matrix organization.
